Really a unique small town feel with great food. We felt welcome and we were treated very well by Trey. All of the staff were attentive and welcoming. Try the smoked chicken and Banana Pudding!
Amazing food and service, I recently went there for a delicious dinner, the food was beyond delicious. The service was great. An employee named Cole went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Business's need more staff like Cole. We recommend this establishment and will be coming back!
We ordered the family meal, wow! It came with an entire loaf of delicious Buttercrust Bread! Every bite of our meal was delicious! Juicy, moist turkey, sausage, and brisket! We ordered the macaroni and cheese (our picky eater loved it!) the beans and potato salad all were delicious and perfectly seasoned! Well worth the money spent, we will visit again! This is our new favorite family restaurant! The restaurant and the restrooms were sparkling clean!
Had the two meat plater with brisket and turkey. Both were absolutely delicious and amazing. The seasoning was spot on! Both were juicy and moist. For the sides had the coleslaw which was great but the Mac and cheese stole the show! Been to several Sothside Locations now and have yet to be disappointed.
We came here on a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Wasn’t too crowded and we were able to order quickly. We both ordered the large Southside Combo sandwich. We waited maybe 5 min to receive our sandwiches. The sandwich seemed larger than the bun they have wrapped up at the counter. It was large enough that we probably could have shared one sandwich - we both took a half home. Don’t even think about getting sides to go with it or you will for sure be taking leftovers home! The brisket was moist and the sausage tasty. They even toast the inside of the bun which gives it a nice crunchiness when you bite into the sandwich. The inside is pretty large and the guys behind the counter are very nice and patient. This location is out of our way but whenever we are in the vicinity again, we will come back for more great tasting BBQ!!!

Brisket was SPOT-ON tonight. Sausage was great, and ribs were good. Tha mack-and-cheese was no frills but excellent. Went with a large company group and ordered some family platters and drinks. Exactly what I hoped for from a Texas BBQ.
Great BBQ with unbelievable prices. What a steal. You must try this place.
